You can view and manage applications in the “All Applicants ” section. You may shorlist or reject the applicants under Action Menu. The candidate must complete atleast 80% of their profile to be visible.
Yes, once a job seeker applies for your job, you can contact them directly through our messaging system for interviews or further discussions. You may create a meeting with applicants those who are applied for a job post or you may search candidate and save them to contact them through message option under “Saved Candidates” Menu.

You can renew or delete job postings in the “Manage Jobs” section. Click on the job you wish to manage and select either “View” or “Edit” or “Delete” .
Consider applications carefully based on fair and merit basis. If a hired worker does not meet your expectations, you may negotiate with employee for mutually aggregable solution as per local (Singapore) guidelines.
Yes, after the hiring process is completed, employers can leave feedback and ratings for job seekers. This helps maintain the quality and reliability of our platform.
